How do I make a deposit?

Making a deposit is easy! Open the cashier by clicking on the 'Cashier' button at the left side of the Calling Station software. Then, click on the 'Deposit' tab.

What do I get as a new player?

Calling Station offers a host of promotions to welcome new players such as Signup Bonus and Deposit Bonus. Please refer to the promotions section of the web site to learn more about the various promotions for new and existing players on Calling Station.

Which platforms support your software?

Our software is compatible with Windows and MAC. Our software app is available for Android and iphone. Be sure to install the ADOBE AIR runtimes first. These are available from the links in the footer of the web site on every page.

What about Linux computers?

To play from a Linux computer, click on the INSTANT PLAY link to load the game client in your browser. You should have the FLASH PLAYER installed for your browser to play.

MY ACCOUNT FAQ

I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?

You can reset your password manually by going to the main software screen, and clicking on ‘Forgot Password’. Enter your information and a link to change your password will be emailed to your registered Calling Station email address. If you receive an error message, please contact support with your full name and address and we will help you get back in the game.

How can I change my personal details?

If your email or mailing address have changed, then you will need to update the details of your personal account, contact support via email or phone to be in touch with a support representative who will go through a verification process with you and update your account details.

How do I access my account information?

View your account information by clicking on the 'My Account' button at the top left corner in the software, or contact support to verify any details that you do not see listed.

BANKING FAQ

How can I make a withdrawal? Are there any restrictions?

Withdrawals can be made through the cashier in the software, accessible by clicking on the ‘Cashier’ button at the bottom right, then by clicking on the withdrawal tab. Methods through which you can make a withdrawal will be displayed on the left. On any withdrawal below Rs. 100, a transaction fee of 2% will be charged.

Can I change my screen name at Calling Station?

We do not allow change to a screen name on Calling Stationdue to accounting constraints.

GAME PLAY FAQ

Where can I check my hand history?

View your hand history by clicking the ‘My Account’ button at the top left corner of the software, then select either ‘Cash Table History’ or ‘Tournament History’.

How can I change the time on the software?

Set the time of the software to either your local time or the server time (default setting) by clicking on the down facing arrow in the top right corner of the software. From here you can select your preferred time.

Can I play for free?

Yes! Select ‘Cash Tables’ in the software and scroll down to ‘Play Money’, where you can join tables and play for free.

I was disconnected during a tournament. What do I do now?

If for any reason you lose your connection while playing a tournament, the action will continue, unfortunately, without you. Your blinds and antes will be posted automatically. Log back into the software as soon as possible to continue to play. If you are unable to reconnect, you will be blinded/anted out of the tournament. If the issue persists, please contact support.

I am having connectivity issues, what should I do?

Disconnect your modem and/or restart your computer. You may want to speak with your Internet provider regarding your connectivity. If the issue persists, please contact support.

What happens if there is a software malfunction?

In the event of a malfunction, Calling Station liability shall be to the amount of money wagered on the table by the player who suffered the malfunction and where the malfunction is acknowledged by Calling Station to have been caused by a technical error. Calling Station will then refund any such amount to the players account.

Are there any rules to be followed for the Chat feature?

You are free to chat with other players. Please refrain from using Offensive and unparliamentary language.
